What an excellent way to while away an afternoon. SpaĪnd of course, Montage Laguna Beach offers a fabulous 20,000 sq/ft spa offering eucalyptus steam rooms, dry redwood saunas, ocean air whirlpools, fireplace lounges, state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, and lap pool featuring stunning views of the Pacific.Ĭarol enjoyed a one-hour massage while I enjoyed the pool. And for the ultimate in decadence, one night, we enjoyed cacio e pepe mac & cheese. To see a sample of the menu, please CLICK HERE.ĭuring our stay, we enjoyed the chef’s amazing seasonal risotto, veal bolognese, roasted salmon, pan-seared big eye tuna, jidori chicken, a coffee-crusted prime New York steak, and a fabulous Niman Ranch prime ribeye. We found the cuisine at The Loft so appealing we never left the resort and enjoyed a fabulous dinner all four nights of our stay.
